Oleochemicals and derivatives
About Bio Green Oleo
We connect industrial buyers with fatty acids, glycerine, soap bases and formulation feedstocks, aligning material characteristics, source documentation and delivery requirements.
Who we are
Oleochemical supply built around your process
Bio Green Oleo is the oleochemicals unit of Bio Green Wax Ltd. It provides a dedicated point of contact for industrial raw-material sourcing, while the registered company remains the legal contracting and invoicing entity.
A fatty-acid profile, moisture limit or handling temperature can change how a material performs on a production line. We start with those practical constraints, then review the available grade, source and packaging with the buyer.
Our scope includes fatty acids and distillates, glycerine, soap noodles, palm kernel fractions, castor derivatives, surfactant intermediates and bio-based specialties. We help turn a material enquiry into a defined sourcing brief for the buyer's reaction, formulation or compounding process.
Our purpose
Support industrial buyers with clearly defined material requirements, relevant source documentation and coordinated supply, from laboratory evaluation to commercial loading.

Our product range
Oleochemical supply built around your process

Fatty acids & distillates
Fatty-acid raw materials for conversion and formulation.

Glycerine
Crude and refined material selected against the intended use.

Soap noodles
Soap-base inputs matched to formulation and processing needs.

Oleochemical feedstocks
Palm kernel fractions, stearins and castor derivatives.

Surfactant intermediates
Formulation inputs for cleansing and surface-active systems.

Bio-based specialties
CNSL and cardanol-based inputs for industrial chemistry.
From enquiry to agreed supply
- 01
Describe the process
Share the end use, material identity, critical analytical limits and physical form required by your production line.
- 02
Compare the source
Review available specifications, representative analysis, safety data and any required origin or chain-of-custody evidence.
- 03
Check handling & trials
Agree sample evaluation and confirm storage, temperature, unloading and packaging requirements.
- 04
Coordinate supply
Confirm the approved grade, quantity, loading format and commercial terms before arranging delivery.
Documentation for an informed decision
Grade, origin and certification are confirmed for each proposed source. A vegetable-derived feedstock is not automatically certified sustainable, pharmaceutical grade or suitable for every application; request the evidence needed for your intended use.

Questions about Bio Green Oleo
Which fatty acids, glycerine grades and soap noodles does Bio Green Oleo supply?
Our range covers fatty acids, glycerine, soap noodles, palm kernel fractions, castor derivatives and surfactant intermediates for soap, cosmetic, rubber and lubricant makers. Each product page shows typical uses; grade, pack and availability are then set out in the offer.
Can you match stearic acid or soap noodles to our titre, IV or TFM limits?
Yes. Send the limits your line runs on: titre, iodine value, acid or saponification value, colour and moisture, plus TFM and blend ratio for soap noodles. We check sources against those numbers and write the agreed limits into the offer as contract values, not typical figures.
How do we verify USP, cosmetic-grade or RSPO claims for an oleochemical?
Ask for documents covering the exact material, source and grade. Pharmaceutical, cosmetic or sustainability claims require applicable evidence; they should not be assumed from the product name or feedstock.
How large must a first stearic acid, glycerine or soap noodle order be?
Minimums are set per grade, source and pack: molten stearic acid in a heated ISO tank, glycerine in drums or IBCs and bagged flakes in a container are quoted differently. Tell us the trial size and annual tonnage; the offer then states the smallest lot that source accepts.
How are molten, liquid and solid grades stored and shipped?
Solid grades such as flakes, beads and bagged soap noodles move as ordinary container freight and are kept dry. Glycerine and other liquids go in drums, IBCs, flexitanks or ISO tanks. Large users can take stearic acid molten in heated tankers, which needs a receiver with heated storage. The offer states the pack and any heating needs.

Beyond Fatty Acids: Bio Green Oleo Within Bio Green Wax Ltd
Soap, cosmetic, rubber and lubricant manufacturers buy fatty acids, glycerine and soap noodles through Bio Green Oleo. Like five other specialist brands, it is operated by Bio Green Wax Ltd, with the same management steering all six. Each brand name covers a product range; the brands are therefore not separate legal companies, and every contract and invoice, for oleochemicals or any other brand's goods, comes from Bio Green Wax Ltd.
