肉豆蔻酸异丙酯，通常简称 IPM，是异丙醇与肉豆蔻酸形成的酯；肉豆蔻酸为取自椰子油或棕榈仁油的十四碳脂肪酸。其 CAS 号为 110-27-0，INCI 名称为 Isopropyl Myristate，供货形态为澄清、无色、几乎无味且黏度极低的液体。
以小分子支链醇对脂肪酸进行酯化，可得到既保留脂肪链亲油相容性、黏度与表面张力又远低于原脂肪酸或甘油三酯的分子。实际表现为铺展极快且轻薄、表观吸收迅速，不会留下植物油那样的厚重油膜。同样的性质也使其成为渗透促进剂：通过使皮肤细胞间脂质流动化，提高活性成分的透过速率，这一效应在透皮及外用药物制剂中被有意利用，在重新配方时亦需加以评估。它还是多种油溶性活性物、防晒剂和颜料的有效溶剂。
可用于膏霜、乳液、止汗剂、防晒产品、护发产品、彩妆、浴油和清洁产品，用于药用外用制剂，并在工业上用作润滑剂和溶剂。
