烷基糖苷通常简称 APG，是一类非离子表面活性剂，由玉米淀粉或小麦淀粉制得的葡萄糖与椰子油或棕榈仁油衍生的脂肪醇反应制得。椰油链长规格的 INCI 名称为 Coco-Glucoside，CAS 号为 68515-73-1。该分子的两个组成部分均来自植物，这在表面活性剂中并不常见，也是 APG 被指定用于天然配方和获得生态标签认证配方的主要原因。
葡萄糖亲水头与脂肪链尾部通过缩醛键连接，而非常规非离子表面活性剂所采用的醚链。这一差异在实际应用中十分重要。由于不经过乙氧基化工序，APG 不含环氧乙烷或 1,4-二噁烷残留；又由于糖基头部受热不会脱水，APG 不像乙氧基化物那样具有浊点。它在强碱中也保持稳定，这是多数非离子表面活性剂所不具备的，因此可用于苛性碱清洗体系。其自身发泡性中等，但与阴离子表面活性剂复配时可增强并稳定其泡沫。
它用于手洗餐具洗涤剂、硬表面清洗剂和工业清洗剂、洗衣产品、农药用润湿剂，以及对皮肤和眼睛温和性有要求的洗发水、沐浴露和婴儿护理产品。
