十二烷基硫酸钠，商业上称为月桂醇硫酸钠或 SLS，是一种阴离子表面活性剂，由椰子油或棕榈仁油衍生的月桂醇经硫酸化并用氢氧化钠中和制得。其 CAS 号为 151-21-3，INCI 名称为 Sodium Lauryl Sulfate，供货形态为针状、粉状或膏状，也可提供 28% 至 30% 的溶液。
其效能源于简单的分子结构：十二个碳原子的疏水链连接一个完全电离的小硫酸基头基。该链长恰好是表面活性剂向新生成的气-水界面迁移最快的链长，而硫酸基头基无论 pH 高低都带有强而永久的负电荷。两者结合赋予其极高的发泡力，以及对油脂和蛋白质类污垢的强力去除能力。同样的性质也解释了它刺激性强的名声：SLS 易使皮肤蛋白质变性，正因如此被用作皮肤刺激性试验的标准阳性对照。它还对硬水敏感，会与钙离子生成沉淀，并在酸性条件下缓慢水解。
该产品用于牙膏、洗发水、工业及家用清洁剂、洗车与脱脂产品，用作消防和矿业的发泡剂，用于乳液聚合，并作为蛋白质电泳的实验室试剂。
