癸酸是一种含十个碳原子的直链饱和脂肪酸，分子式 C10H20O2，CAS 号 334-48-5。其系统名称为癸酸（decanoic acid）。它由椰子油或棕榈仁油裂解为各组成脂肪酸后经分馏制得，以白色片状、珠状或微温液体形式供应，带有淡淡的蜡质气味。
癸酸属于中链脂肪酸，其性能由碳链长度决定。十个碳原子使其熔点约为 31 摄氏度，温度较低，只需轻微加热即可以液态操作；与碳链更长的 C16 和 C18 脂肪酸相比，它的水溶性更好、挥发性更强。与所有饱和脂肪酸一样，它不含双键，因此抗氧化，储存过程中不会产生酸败异味。在应用中，羧基是其反应位点，可与醇类生成酯、与碱生成盐。
它用于生产营养和化妆品用中链甘油三酯、增塑剂和合成润滑酯、食品级及香料酯以及金属皂，也用于特种表面活性剂，并作为癸酸甘油酯等抗菌酯类的中间体。
